- Organizer: The organizer of the OMODA 5 WELCOME PACKAGE - Personalized Gift Package promotion is OMODA Auto Poland sp. z . o. o, 28 Towarowa St., 00-839 Warsaw, NIP: 5273097900, REGON: 527724000, KRS 0001086913.
- Promotion Period: The promotion applies only to purchasers of new OMODA 5 vehicles (hereinafter: "Customer"). The number of vehicles covered by the promotion is limited. The promotion is valid from August 19 to September 30, 2024 or until stocks last.
- Availability: The promotion is available to customers who pick up a new OMODA 5 vehicle during the promotion period at an OMODA & JAECOO Authorized Dealer in Poland.
- Welcome Package: Personalized Gift Package includes one complimentary Wings Sparrow suitcase of Customer’s choice (three sizes to choose from, approximately 77x50x30 cm, 66x43x27 cm, 56x38x22 cm) and one Sony wireless headphones (WH-CH720NB).
- Welcome package availability: The package is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Once the packages are exhausted, the promotion will end and no further packages will be handed out.
- Terms: Packages cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or any other items.
- Warranty: After-sale warranty for items included in the packages will be provided by their original manufacturers. OMODA Auto Poland Sp. z o. o. shall not be responsible for warranty claims or service. The above does not apply to the customer's rights under generally applicable warranty laws.
- Delivery: Packages will be delivered with the vehicle or at a date individually agreed upon between the Customer and the OMODA & JAECOO Authorized Dealer.
- Complaints: All complaints related to the promotion can be submitted until October 30, 2024, by email to: <privacy@omodaauto.pl> or by regular mail to the Organizer's address.
- Availability of Regulations: The contents of these Regulations are available at www.omodaauto.pl and at OMODA & JAECOO Authorized Dealers in Poland. The Organizer is obliged to present these Regulations at any request of the Customer.
- Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by Polish law. The Organizer declares that the Promotion is not a game of chance, fantasy lottery, pari-mutuel betting, promotional lottery or similar game, the result of which depends on chance.
OMODA 5 VIP CARD PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Organizer: the organizer of the OMODA 5 VIP Card promotion is OMODA Auto Poland sp. z . o. o, 28 Towarowa St., 00-839 Warsaw, NIP: 5273097900, REGON: 527724000, KRS 0001086913.
- Promotion Period: The promotion applies only to purchasers of new OMODA 5 vehicles (hereinafter: "Customer"). The number of vehicles covered by the promotion is limited. The promotion is valid from August 19 to September 30, 2024 or until stocks last.
- Availability: The promotion is available to customers who pick up a new OMODA 5 vehicle during the promotion period at an OMODA & JAECOO Authorized Dealer in Poland.
- VIP Card: One VIP Card entitles a Customer who has purchased a new OMODA 5 vehicle to receive one free set of winter tires (4 pieces) at the time of receipt of the OMODA 5 vehicle at the OMODA & JAECOO Authorized Dealer's showroom in Poland or at a date individually agreed upon with said OMODA & JAECOO Authorized Dealer, and a one-time free installation of the aforementioned set of winter tires. The brand of the tires will be determined by the OMODA & JAECOO Authorized Dealer in Poland at which the vehicle will be delivered. The promotion does not include the storage of tires until installation.
- Terms: Unused services will not be refunded or transferred to any other benefits after the promotion date. The VIP card is not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent and is not a legal tender, debit card, credit card or security paper. The card is not transferable to another person - the promotion applies only to the first purchaser of a new OMODA 5 vehicle during the promotion period; however, the customer may choose an OMODA 5 vehicle belonging to him/her to have tires installed free of charge under the promotion. The VIP card is not refundable if lost or stolen. If the customer adds services beyond those covered by the VIP Card, the additional amount must be paid as agreed with the OMODA & JAECOO Authorized Dealer.
- Warranty: the after-sale warranty for winter tires subject to the promotion will be provided by their original manufacturers. OMODA Auto Poland Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for warranty claims or service. The above does not apply to the customer's rights under generally applicable warranty laws.
- Exclusivity: the VIP Card can only be redeemed by the Customer at the OMODA & JAECOO Authorized Dealer in Poland where the OMODA 5 vehicle was issued.
